Welcome to Papilio Killara! We are a beautiful 92 place centre, We are passionate group of educators who breathe the Affinity way, our educational program is based on the lifelong Learning curriculum for ages 0-5. We nurture a lifelong love of learning through a combination of play-based and intentional teaching experiences which help our children develop social connectivity, emotional confidence, foundational learning, and physical health and wellbeing. We cater for children in the Nursery age group, toddlers and school ready preschool which spans over 4 beautiful rooms each backing onto our spacious purpose built playground to offer indoor - outdoor play. Our Preschool and Prep rooms facilities involve a STEAM section, tech station, and interactive learning hub. We can’t wait to welcome you to our wonderful team!

The Role

  • Support educators across different rooms at the centre
  • Engage with children, families and team members
  • Assist with daily centre practices
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation

    • You already have :

  • Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
  • Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience in a long day care service
