Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Development and Education Coordinator to join our team in Sydney for 12-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week. The purpose of the role is to lead, implement, support and report on BESIX Watpac’s Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Coordinate, implement and report on the Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program (IIP) projects undertaken in NSW by BESIX Watpac.
- Consult and provide support to stakeholders involved in the program including State Government, staff, subcontractors, clients, and external facilitators.
- Implement training needs and initiatives to support nationally accredited outcomes.
- Manage, coordinate, support and attend internal workshops.
- Managing training and compliance outcomes in accordance with the Program.
- Consultation with key stakeholders to support training initiatives across the project.
- Maintain, implement and report on project outcomes.
Qualifications
The incumbent of this role will require the following qualifications and experience :
Prior experience in delivering and administering training requirements.Strong organisational and presentation skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Sound consultation skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
