YOUR ROLE

As a Salesforce Product Owner your job will be to lead and organise a technical team to develop and transform the Salesforce platform. You’ll combine customer strategy skills to focus on value with the ability to execute in a delivery team. You will manage prioritisation and backlog and be the conduit between the teams across Product and Technical Delivery. You will review analytics, feedback, emerging technology and business led improvement ideas to provide input into the generation and prioritisation of digital initiatives. You will define the feature set of assigned initiatives, working with our Technical Lead and key stakeholders, to prioritise the backlog to maximise customer and business benefit with an emphasis on driving value out of the capabilities the Salesforce platform provides.

Some of the key responsibilities will be : -

Support the development and execution of IAG’s future Intermediated strategy, experience, and roadmap.

Develop and own the Salesforce backlog to deliver the Intermediated and Platform roadmap.

Work with business and technology teams across IAG to identify priorities to inform Salesforce product backlog.

Work with the team to develop prioritised customer-centric user stories and definition of ready.

Develop and / or iterate ways of working with key stakeholders across the business and Product and Strategy to ensure alignment and information sharing.

Work with Salesforce and IAG's Salesforce team to ensure consistent messaging about opportunities and the roadmap within IAG.

Enable teams to activate end to end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed.

This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based anywhere in Australia but ideally in Melbourne or Sydney

This role offers flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in the office.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right person, with a great attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences : -

Display an entrepreneurial mindset and experience rallying stakeholders behind a vision.

Demonstrated ability to develop product or customer experience strategies / roadmaps.

Proven experience of deeply understanding business desired outcomes.

Proven experience of creating, managing and prioritising a product backlog.

Have worked in large organisation and translated strategy into development tasks.

Have excellent stakeholder management and storytelling experience.

Extensive experience of working as Product Owner in Salesforce.
