About the Role

This is a Graduate Project Engineer opportunity in the Project Management & Installation Team. As a Graduate Project Engineer you’ll be the interface between Project Managers and Project Engineers on major projects, supporting them through the project lifecycle. The role is based in Melbourne and offers flexibility to work from home after initial training.

Key Responsibilities

• General support to Project Managers and Project Engineers on large, complex projects.
• Support project reporting, revenue collection, and cash flow planning.
• Produce and track project documentation (training docs, work packages, etc.).
• Manage drawing submissions and follow‑up.
• Raise purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with Procurement.
• Drive project schedules and tracking.
• Participate in client meetings and take minutes.
• Manage vendor packages and assist Site Managers with onsite checks, coordination, quality control, and progress checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with all project team members.
• Develop tools to enhance project and site process improvements.
• Proactively promote innovation, risk identification, and WH&S.
