You’llreset expectations, strengthen safetycultureand bring alignment across production and site operations,working closely withcentralisedteamsin maintenance,logisticsand customer serviceto ensure smooth coordination and delivery. About You

You’rea proven operations or site leader from a manufacturing environment - packaging, FMCG, food or building materials. You’veled large site teams in high-volume production settings and understand what it takes to deliver consistency,safetyand performance at scale. Calm under pressure andgrounded inreality, youbring both presence and credibility. You know how to unite diverse teams behind clear expectations, build capability in your supervisors, and turn good operators into great ones. You lead with intent - lifting standards, drivingaccountabilityand creating a culture where people are engaged, safety is non-negotiable, and performance is measurable.
