Your Impact

Your new role is a critical part of Yappy’s Product team, based in Perth (yes, Perth!). You’ll contribute to Yappy’s mission by :

• Providing senior leadership support while our Head of Product is on Parental Leave as it relates to executing our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer needs. Whilst our Head of Product will resume senior leadership activities when she returns, this is a permanent role and there will be ongoing opportunities for you as we scale our product
• Contributing to, and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines etc.
• Communicating the product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams , and other stakeholders to drive product innovation, alignment and timely execution.
• Identifying opportunities that align with customer pain points and market trends, and addressing them.
• Ensuring processes are created, documented, and continually improved (you need to enjoy building as you go!).
• Supporting the growth of our Associate Product Manager - he’ll teach you the ins and outs of our Product, and you’ll empower him with your deep senior level Product Management expertise.
