Reporting to the Property Manager, this role will manage move‑in / move‑out paperwork across our Ingenia Gardens Communities and manage data entry for our Ingenia Lifestyle Communities. This role blends purpose, pace and people; making a real difference in the lives of older Australians.
Key Responsibilities
- Move‑in / Move‑out coordination – process applications, check references, assess affordability, and prepare leasing documents.
- Admin support – file and enter data, set reminders for inspections, and keep property processes running smoothly.
- Arrears management – investigate and reduce arrears, prepare documentation for recovery, and assist with tribunal applications if required.
- Team & stakeholder engagement – build relationships with Community Managers and residents, many of whom are older Australians.
About You
You’ve worked in an administrative role and understand the importance of accuracy, deadlines and great communication.You bring corporate‑level professionalism and know how to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and maturity.You’re empathetic and patient, especially when supporting elderly residents through important transitions.You’re proactive and upbeat, thriving in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.You’re confident using Microsoft Office. Experience with property systems like JDE is a bonus, but not essential.Benefits
