Law Graduate Program (Start ASAP)

Russell Kennedy’s 12-month Law Graduate Program offers rotations through four practice groups, providing hands‑on legal experience in a supportive environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Participate in four distinct practice group rotations to gain exposure to various legal matters and industries
• Work closely with different teams, Principals, and clients to apply legal knowledge in real‑world practice
• Complete Practical Legal Training (PLT) within the first 18 weeks in partnership with the College of Law
• Engage with a dedicated Graduate Lead for ongoing guidance and career development
• Receive day‑to‑day mentorship from Rotational Supervisors and Graduate Support within each practice group
• Obtain on‑the‑job feedback and participate in formal review sessions with People & Culture and a Principal after each rotation
