We are looking for Call Centre Agents to work as part of a critical frontline service supporting Queensland communities
Location : Zillmere, QLD (on-site only)
Rate : $50.37 per hour + Super
Availability required : 24 / 7 shift work – shifts rostered in advance, you need to be available Monday to Sunday to be considered
Sector : State Government - multiple roles available
Anticipating Engagement : Casual, Minimum 20 hours per week. There may be opportunity to work additional hours during peak periods or spikes in demand.
The Opportunity :
We are seeking reliable and composed Call Centre Agents to join a high-volume State Government contact centre. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be serving as the primary response team for emergency calls across Queensland. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals in urgent or distressing situations, delivering clear, calm, and accurate assistance over the phone, via web chat, and email.

Casual Loading
