Job descriptionYou’ll evaluate personal loan applications received via our Store network and online website in compliance with internal, legislative requirements and responsible lending commitments. Aim to maximise the number of loans assessed per day in accordance with targets. Adhere to Risk and Compliance guidelines. Answer any questions & inquiries, maintaining an open and honest approach, but always in accordance with our guidelines and any legislation; and Ensure when communicating with stores / clients you do so with the utmost respect and professionalism, providing concise and accurate information to facilitate the processing of a loan application. Ideally, you’ll have experience working within the finance industry, with a Loans Assessing background. Can understand and follow Legislation, Policies and Procedures. Be detail focused with strong data entry speed and skills. Have good computer skills ideally with prior exposure to a Personal Finance system; and Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player.
