Job Description

This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location

Hunter Valley Grammar School is located in Ashtonfield, close to transport links. The service is a pack up, pack down set up within beautiful manicured gardens. This service is a shared space with the school ELC unit. Excellent & purpose built space with a strong team in place and great reputation.

The Successful Candidate

Caring, organised and a skilled communicator. The ELC Coordinator will lead the team in setup and packup of zones creating a warm and engaging environment. You'll be a strong communicator, happy to align with processes and deliver a high standard of work and professionalism.

• ✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in an Early childhood setting. Before and After School Care or education experience is also great!
• ✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
• ✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• ✅ You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
• ✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
• ✅ Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. (Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more info)
