About the role… The position we have available is based in our Support Coordination program located in Melbourne’s North and North West . This program supports people to navigate the NDIS, understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met. Your role as a Support Coordinator is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services.

Day-to-day you will provide support :

  • Understanding individual plans
  • Finding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomes.
  • Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success
  • Developing skills in others that enable them to become independent and self-assured in their ability to manage their NDIS funding.

You will also complete a range of administration that is required to document a person’s progress, internal reports, and as required by the NDIS.

About You… This wonderful opportunity is available immediately. It would suit people who have some experience or understanding of NDIS packages and plans and who really get a kick out of seeing someone achieve their goals. You are someone that can easily adapt your communication style to build relationships; are able to think outside the box when navigating challenges; and can understand and appreciate individual pace, noticing and celebrating key milestones and the small steps along the way.

The base salary range on this position is 72K + Super + Salary Packaging + Royal Rewards. Relevant certificates or qualifications with experience attract the higher rate. With a knowledgeable senior leadership team to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation, you will be supported to deliver amazing services to the community and develop your skills and career!
