Overview

REMONDIS, a global leader in sustainable waste and recycling solutions, is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our VIC sales team.

About the role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll manage a defined sales territory across Melbourne, focusing on :

Growing new business and achieving sales targets
Retaining and renewing existing accounts
Building customer relationships to drive loyalty
Upselling and cross-selling waste management solutions
Working closely with operations to ensure service excellence

This is an on-the-road role with plenty of autonomy, where your ability to consult, influence and deliver solutions will be key.

About you

3+ years sales / account management experience (B2B preferred)

Proven record in winning new business and growing portfolios

Strong communicator with consultative and negotiation skills

Organised, self-motivated and resilient

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Waste industry experience is desirable but not essential
