Customer Advisor
Location : 356 Collins Street, VIC. Role at Bendigo bank.
The Customer Advisor places you in the driver’s seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to help customers achieve their banking goals.
Responsibilities :
- Explore customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists.
- Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we innovate our offerings.
- Serve as the face of the branch and customer service : processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries, assisting with paperwork, while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.
- Embrace a lifelong learning attitude; take on‑job training and external development opportunities.
- Build connections, support customers, give back to the community, and have fun along the way.
Qualifications :
Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets.Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial to work together and achieve our goals.Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.Benefits include :
