We are currently seeking multiple professional, hands-on, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our business for different locations including Sydney, Melbourne, QLD and WA.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our food and meal solutions meet and exceed industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver exceptional quality to meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program for the companyOversee and conduct regular quality audits of our franchise and company-owned stores’ components and food production processesEstablish and maintain quality control standards and procedures for our franchise and company-owned stores / restaurantsEnsure food quality from outsourced providersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and product enhancementEnsure relevant restaurants\' cooking and reheating processes are carried out in accordance with the correct instructions and in compliance with food safety legislationVerify and monitor the quality, safety, and compliance of all food supplied by outsourced providers, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications, regulatory requirements, and the company’s food safety management systemInvestigate customer feedback and product quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actionsStay current with industry regulations and maintain compliance with food safety and quality standardsManage and lead a team of quality assurance professionalsDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure our workforce is aligned with quality objectivesMaintain good business relationships with all external stakeholdersQualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, with a background in a food manufacturing settingStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to qualityExperience with quality assurance software and tools is a plusAbility to travel interstateBilingual is essential as company’s main product is Chinese foodIf this sounds like you, please click “Apply”.
