We are looking for an experienced APS6 Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan and deliver various strategic and accessible projects. This includes digital marketing campaigns via SMS, email, and subscriber-based newsletters, while also seeking opportunities to enhance consistency and quality across the Agency's digital marketing products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Supporting improvements to the Agency's digital marketing products, with a focus on accessibility and impact of direct communications.Conduct baseline evaluations of digital marketing products and support continuous improvements, informed by monitoring and reporting across digital platforms.Support planning and delivery of email campaigns to expand the digital marketing product offer, retain IP warmth, and support increased understanding of Scheme reform and broader behaviour change campaigns.Work with colleagues across the Division to coordinate marketing communications across various channels.Supporting the improvement of processes, practices and governance.Support peers' growth in digital marketing capability.About you :

You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and have proven experience in delivering high-quality email marketing campaigns. You demonstrate marketing campaign best practices, including digital (email and SMS) marketing, possess knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email and mobile studio capabilities and best practices, and understand how to apply digital accessibility standards in direct digital communications. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related disciplines will be highly regarded.Applicants must holdAustralian Citizenship at time of application and be willing to undergo an Australian FederalPolice Checkand completion of the Agency's screening checks.
