Our client specialises in residential and commercial projects though out Western Australia, due to a growth faze they are now seeking an Building Administrator to join their team in a rewarding and engaging environment.

If you're someone who is goal orientated and is seeking an opportunity where no day is the same with career progression then I would love to hear from you!

  • Description
  • You will be responsible for liaising with Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors and the internal team of Site Supervisors and Trades.
  • Providing daily Administration support and duties such as data entry and organising contracts, invoices and relevant paperwork as required.
  • Booking appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Submitting quotes and responding to customer queries.
  • Profile
  • As an ideal applicant, you will have;
  • Building industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • You enjoy building relationships with clients, trades and customers.
  • Have well-developed customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and have the ability to multi task various requests.
  • Driven with a "can-do" attitude to meet and exceed KPI's.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment in a collaborative approach.
  • Well-developed computer skills such as Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Word and Microsoft Teams, ideally you will have experience with databases, CRMs and portals.
