Head of ERP and Corporate Apps

Overview

Head of ERP and Corporate Applications role at Transurban . Transurban is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the ERP Platform and Corporate Applications. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, balance total cost of ownership with delivered value, and partner with Finance, Technology and People & Culture. Reporting to the Group CIO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational service delivery and project teams, driving all project / program aspects from planning to execution, implementation, change management and transition.
• Oversee the ERP Service Delivery team, providing functional and production support for the ERP platform (including Workday) and other integrated systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize investment in ERP and Corporate Applications, reduce total cost of ownership, and capture value from the delivered platform.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and leveraging vendor roadmaps to benefit Transurban.
• Champion a customer-focused approach, translating business requirements into project scope with senior business stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to team members, promoting a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
