Sierra is an AI-powered customer service platform enabling natural voice interactions through Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS). It integrates with Genesys Cloud and existing bots to identify callers, understand intent and handle requests end-to-end using APIs and large language models (LLMs). By automating routine interactions, Sierra reduces wait times, boosts self-service and ensures seamless handover to human agents when needed.
