In this dynamic role, you'll lead payroll and invoice management, oversee procurement and export documentation, and drive engagement across store and inventory teams.You'll also manage reporting, onboarding, OH&S coordination, and support continuous improvement through projects and system rollouts.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and enjoy working across people, processes and platforms — this one's for you!Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, this role is responsible for but not limited to : Payroll ManagementOversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for warehouse staff – permanent, casual and AgencyInvoice ManagementRaise and validate all supplier invoices in a timely manner to ensure alignment with agreed terms and budgetsCreate best practice filing system to support audits and reportingProcurementManage the procurement of office and warehouse consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels while optimising costsExport Order DocumentationPrepare and manage all necessary paperwork for export orders (air and sea freight) to meet compliance and regulatory requirementsPSR EngagementManage the engagement with store teams and PP / inventory teams to resolve PSR ticketsReporting & AnalyticsProvide weekly reports and analytics on warehouse and transport operations to support decision-making and continuous improvementEmployee engagementManage the employee recruitment, induction, onboarding and payroll queries for the DC in partnership with the Talent teamManage the implementation and roll out of new company systems and platforms for relevant team members across the distribution centerLead and coach the Administration Assistant, ensuring smooth operations for the Distribution Centre's administrative functionOccupational Health & SafetyCoordinate monthly OH&S meetings, records and action items through direct involvement or delegationProjectsActively participate in business Improvement ProjectsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?Minimum 2-3 years' experience in administrative management or team lead role within warehouse operationsPrevious experience working with Dolfin or like systemPrevious experience working with Warehousing systemsPrevious experience working with HRIS systemsPrevious experience managing small teams is preferred, but not essentialExperience managing procurement processes, and financial reconciliationStrong analytical and reporting skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong stakeholder managementExperience with export order documentation and compliance is preferred, but not mandatoryWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Birthday leaveCompetitive SalaryOne month paid parental leaveReferral bonus schemeTraining and development to evolve and shape your careerOpportunity to progress across all areas of the business including Retail, Support Office and our Distribution CentreTreat yourself with our attractive staff discount!
