Account Manager - Western Australia

Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, you will be working in a hands-on role

managing a portfolio of key accounts within the residential building sector, owning

outcomes, nurturing strong relationships and communicating effectively across multiple

stakeholder groups.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Managing a portfolio of accounts in the residential building sector
• Supporting reliable 'Delivered In Full and On Time' outcomes
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining key account plans
• Meeting Key Performance Indicator targets and objectives
• Expanding revenue by cross-selling and upselling product ranges and services
• Forecasting customer demand requirements
• Maintaining current product ranging and customer requirement profiles
• Managing and communicating relevant changes with builder account activities
• Site visits and audits responding to customer requirements
• Proactively reporting customer and market insights and identifying related opportunities
• THE PERSON

We are seeking an industry professional with a proven successful track record of

managing a portfolio of key accounts with a methodical and driven approach to

outstanding customer experiences.

You will also :

• Have previous customers who speak highly of your ability to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
• Be an active and intelligent communicator
• Convey a professional approach and ability to take the initiative
