Role Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.
- Assist with coordinating campaign briefs across internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external creative agencies and track progress on creative campaigns and artwork ensuring schedules are on track.
- Provide reporting and feedback to suppliers on a regular basis.
- Assist with reviewing and interpreting product and brand performance.
- Assist with project management of product, campaign, and brand launches, including creation of brand decks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Performance, Promotions, Creative, Email, Content, Social, PR to deliver campaigns that engage customers and drive top-line sales.
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.
- Support the Brand Manager on projects.
- Contribute to developing the vision and strategy for brands, elevating market presence and profitability.
- Assist in projects to enhance product pipelines and fund innovative launches, executing with precision and creativity.
About you
Desired 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.Strong organisational, time management and project management skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and across functions.High attention to detail and proofreading skills.Effective communication and organizational skills, liaising with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively and build solid working relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Passion for retail, consumer trends, and understanding of the Australian market landscape.Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health is highly regarded.Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.Experience writing detailed briefs.What you should know
