Wood is recruiting E&I Supervisors (Offshore) to join our Operations business supporting one of our key client partners on a long-term brownfield Oil & Gas EPCM Contract. With a growing pipeline of offshore work in maintenance, operations and engineering, this is an opportunity to start immediately on an even time 3 : 3 FIFO roster, working 7 days with 12-hour shifts (day or night).  Point of hire is Perth, WA.

Expected :

• Safety Focus : Deep commitment to HSE principles, with experience in risk management and safety compliance
• Qualifications : Relevant trade certification or engineering degree. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, MSIC) is a requirement
• Experience : 5+ years in E&I coordination or supervision, with proven experience in offshore oil and gas or energy projects. Familiarity with large- and small-scale piping installations is essential
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and piping systems, including installation, maintenance, and inspection processes
• Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance in high-pressure offshore environments
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
