What you will be doing
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
- Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist in organising and executing special events and promotions
- Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environmentExcellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage serviceProven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong understanding of inventory management and cost control principlesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferredResponsible Service of Alcohol certificationExceptional communication and organisational skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industryFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiencesAdditional Information
