As Revenue Optimisation Manager , you'll be the strategic architect driving this evolution, embedding cutting-edge pricing strategies and data-driven insights into the core of our commercial operations. Leading a team of 8 professionals, you'll optimize our AUD $6 billion revenue portfolio across fare and ancillary products, while spearheading the shift from traditional static pricing to intelligent, real-time dynamic models. This leadership role positions you at the forefront of aviation's digital transformation, where your strategic vision will unlock new revenue opportunities, enhance customer value perception, and accelerate the adoption of next-generation pricing capabilities that will define the future of airline retailing.

Your focus includes

• Design and implement integrated pricing strategies across fare and ancillary products, positioning pricing as a proactive strategic revenue lever
• Lead the revolutionary shift from static to dynamic pricing models, enabling real-time fare adjustments based on demand signals
• Build the foundation for total revenue management, breaking down silos to maximize customer lifetime value
• Establish world-class analytics capabilities and partner with technology teams to modernize pricing infrastructure
• Champion machine learning and AI-driven pricing solutions while embedding continuous pricing into core workflows
• Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, digital, finance, and technology functions to accelerate transformation
• Contribute to the 3-5 year strategic vision for Pricing & Revenue Management and lead change management initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8 pricing professionals, fostering innovation and commercial excellence
