Contract start 04 September 2023 to 22 December 2023, 2 x 6 months extensions. Australian Citizen, Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance, Canberra, Sydney, Offsite role.

About the role

We are after 2 contractors with specialist strategic / service design skills.

Key attributes

• User centered and agile ways of working within your team and help embed this across the branch.
• Excellent communication skills ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal advice tailored to the appropriate audience, including Ministers Office and Senior Executive. Facilitation skills are desired
• Insightful able to identify insights and trends from available data
• Adaptable willing to take on any task to ensure outcomes are met.
• User focused seek to understand the users and stakeholders within the eco-system.
• Comfortable with ambiguity accepting that you will not have all of the answers all of the time and be able to sit with ambiguity and propose processes for gaining clarity and certainty.
• Collaborative be willing to work with others to achieve your outcome, sharing work early and often to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Curious be open to possibilities with the ability to translate these into digital opportunities.
• Outcomes focused - understand constraints and environmental factors while delivering the best possible outcome.
