Customer Service Consultant

Full-time contract role until end of Jan to support sale periods (likelihood of extension or permanency thereafter). Benefits include :

SRG is looking for Customer Care Consultants to join their team in Brendale. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will engage with customers in a vibrant contact centre, handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries.

You will work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 6 pm.
