Design & Build Recruitment is working with an exceptionally well established developer builder. We are looking to add a senior structural foreman to the team. You will work closely with an experienced project manager, contracts administrator, and site manager on a high rise residential project on the outskirts of Brisbane’s CBD. The project offers easy on-site parking and a supportive leadership culture.

The position requires recent experience as a Structures Foreman on high rise residential, retail, or commercial projects circa $100M+.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate trades people and sub-contractors on site to achieve milestones and keep the project on track
• Work with the Site Manager to drive timely delivery of works and maintain quality and safety standards
• Lead toolbox talks and promote safe work sites
• Prepare and contribute to short-term construction programs
• Communicate effectively with Senior Management and sub-contractors
• Assist with site coordination and delivery on a high-rise development pipeline

Your experience and qualifications

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, with Saturdays shared on a rotation (approximately once every 4–6 weeks)
