Position

Senior Account Executive, ANZ

The Senior Account Executive, ANZ will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic development of the sales businesses in the allocated markets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in driving growth, building customer and partner relationships, and aligning local execution with regional and global business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM sales and business development for SNP’s Kyano Data Transformation platform and Customer Success services to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—with accountability for pipeline health, strategic account planning, and quota attainment.
  • Demonstrate accountability to deliver on your responsibilities, demonstrate an ability to navigate the SNP business to leverage the support and knowledge available to execute your role.
  • Demonstrate self-learning, understand the SNP Kyano Platform, key value drivers and use cases. Actively demonstrate alignment to the SNP Sales Franchise, operating within the guidelines and process.
  • Position SNP’s transformation solutions to senior stakeholders, generating qualified opportunities and accelerating deal velocity.
  • Expand market reach by selling the full SNP portfolio through direct and partner channels.
  • Drive new business acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Foster long‑term customer trust through consistent engagement and value delivery across the account lifecycle.
  • Execute high‑impact customer engagements including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and GTM planning to support broader business development goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan and long‑term pipeline to ensure sustained revenue performance.
  • Represent SNP with professionalism and thought leadership to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Maximise growth through effective use of direct, indirect, and partner sales channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Business or Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in Pre‑Sales / Sales / Delivery of SAP products – S4HANA and SAP Eco‑systems with various deployment / hosting options will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and winning major opportunities, particularly large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell high‑value solutions and engage at the C‑suite level.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Able to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and proactive, with high levels of commitment, trustworthiness, and a drive to succeed.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to adapt and thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced business environments.
