Opportunity
You will help us grow our footprint across Australia, providing tangible commercial and operational impact on client supply chains. You will join a high‑performing New Business team in a vibrant, fast‑paced culture, earning generous earnings through an uncapped commission scheme.
Responsibilities
- Strategically identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and developing effective sales strategies.
- Build a multi‑sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and manage your opportunity pipeline, developing robust client relationships.
- Apply cross‑functional knowledge of the efm operating model to offer tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports, manage the tender process, and deliver compelling sales pitches, including negotiation and contract work.
- Provide strategic insights to shape efm’s future direction.
- Collaborate with Implementation to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new customers.
Requirements
3+ years of comparable sales experience in logistics and supply chain management.Experience in a fast‑paced, complex business environment.Proven track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding targets.Leadership capabilities, autonomous work style, and involvement across business functions.Self‑motivated, natural drive for high performance and rewards.Strong problem‑solving and commercial acumen.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong focus on professional development and career progression.Uncapped remuneration scheme with attractive rewards.Benefits
