Reporting to our Head of Category, you’ll be the engine room of data-led decision-making, working at the intersection of category, marketing, revenue growth, and brand strategy.
You will lead the development of category growth drivers—particularly for our Core portfolio—drawing on internal analytics and external research to inform strategies across innovation, brand, sales, and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead development of category growth drivers and embed them into brand planning, channel strategies, and customer presentations.Generate insights and storytelling through analytical support for brand strategy, NPD decisions, pricing, promotions, etc.Manage and visualize data from major sources (Circana, Quantium), building intuitive dashboards and reports.Drive external research and thought leadership, including shopper deep dives and trend monitoring.Lead a team member and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in insights, category development, or commercial analytics in FMCG or related industries.Proven ability to lead both data analysis and insight storytelling at a strategic level.Experience with platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI, and Excel.Strong working knowledge of category strategy, growth drivers, and shopper behaviour.Experience working with external research partners and methodologies.Commercial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.Ready to Apply?
