Job Description
As a Sales Operations Lead you will be a key member of our Sales leadership team working on behalf of one of our most exciting clients within the Social media industry. You will be interacting with both Accenture and client stakeholders using your data analysis skills to provide them with meaningful insights into the business to drive growth and ensure a smooth rhythm of business.
Using your data analysis skills and understanding of the media sales funnel, you will lead the sales operations analyst to provide consistency and structure across the reporting necessary to establish team metrics and assess the performance. You will also collaborate with our sales team leaders to help them identify areas of their customer base where they should focus their time and effort.
In addition, you will lead one direct report — a Sales Operations Analyst — providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure alignment with team goals and business priorities.
Responsibilities
The lead across the sales operations team, establishing structure and consistency across the data and reporting function
Being the Subject Matter Expert for your business segment, understanding its trends, metrics and performance through the sales funnel.
Presenting insights and recommendations to internal and client leadership and stakeholders.
Analysing reports to generate business insights and make recommendations.
Suggesting ongoing process improvements around the sales team’s productivity.
Perform strategic tasks for your segment e.g. Portfolio segmentation & quota setting.
Sales Tool enablement - utilising the tools available to help your segment streamline workflows and measure results.
Monitor OKR performance for the segment and provide insights to stakeholders.
Measure performance for incentive programs and communicate results.
Creating reports and presentations from scratch using Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint.
Partnering with sales operations associates for data query requests, new dashboard etc.
Understanding of the digital media industry and sales funnel
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Knowledge of the digital media sales process preferred
Understanding of CRM platforms and reporting (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to demonstrate relevant experience and proven track record in data insight analysis.
Strong ability to articulate and communicate insights, callouts and recommendations based on data interpretation.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different disciplines and backgrounds.
Ability to work from your own initiative.
Fluency in English.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Significant experience using Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.
Ability to successfully influence key decision makers using data driven insights.
The following experience is advantageous but not required
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Sales or digital marketing experience.
