The Role

Leading the end to end CRO strategy, across web optimisation & digital merchandising, crafting compelling Digital content that converts. Working within a stellar, highly-advanced team that trades all over the world, you'll be a change-maker, delivering strong analytics & insights and constantly looking at new ways of improvement. This business is leading the market by storm - and you'd be joining at a time of peak growth & transformation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• A highly strategic, eCommerce Optimisation background, with experience in developing & delivering high-performing initiatives to deliver strong growth online
• A highly analytical approach, and the ability to analyse heat-maps continuously, presenting strong insights & recommendations
• Previous experience in owning the full CRO strategy, delivering feature enhancements projects & new development projects
• A strong background in Fashion, Retail or Luxury / Premium would be really advantageous
• A strong cross-functional working style and ability to influence & help shape activity across Performance, CRM, Loyalty, Social & Brand for a truly cohesive brand identity
• Solid experience with working alongside external Agency partners
• A track record of delivering high-performing campaigns, increased traffic & conversion rates
