The Role

Take ownership of the end to end Digital & eCommerce roadmap, driving online trade and performance, CRO strategy development, web optimisation, as well as CRM, Paid & Performance activity across the full Digital mix, leading a highly technical and advanced team, of seasoned Managers. Joining a team that has had immense growth, extensive industry recognition and an Award winning team, to lead & scale the next phase of expansion. You'll lead a team that has already taken the brand viral, but build out cutting‑edge strategy plans and drive innovation further to stay ahead of the market.

Essential Skills & Experience

• An extensive eCommerce & Digital leadership background, leading, mentoring and building high performing teams
• A solid track record of delivering growth across all key channels, building high performing, high converting strategies & activity
• International market experience, delivering results & growth both locally, as well as ideally across UK, US & EU markets
• Solid people leadership experience, managing large teams to success, across every facet of the Digital & eCommerce mix
• Demonstrated abilities to elevate success, drive growth and continually exceed online targets, managing a huge online P&L
• Expertise in functionality enhancements, web optimisation & building out solid CRO strategies
• Extensive experience in Performance Marketing, especially Meta, TikTok & Google, managing Agency relationships and 8-figure annual budgets
• Experience within Fashion, Pureplay or Beauty would be really advantageous
