Systems Administrator

Overview

BESIX Watpac is seeking a Systems Administrator to facilitate improved business outcomes through the support, maintenance, and enhancement of key technology solutions

This role will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Supporting Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system reliability.
• Managing upgrades, patches, and licence renewals across core platforms.
• Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and providing escalation support to the Service Desk team.
• Developing user guides and technical documentation to improve system processes.
• Assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
