Job descriptionThe Role and Responsibilities include Greet & Welcome guests upon their arrival to our office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, forward & screen incoming phone calls Receive, sort and distribute daily mail Perform a range of clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying & scanning Complete data entry activities and finalizing leases Frequently attend and update our front window display Role Requirements Professional Corporate Presentation Exceptional phone manner & high-level attention to detail Excellent computer, organisation & administration skills Mature, positive attitude with a bright & bubbly personality The ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised Displays a "Can Do" Attuite - and is reliable as well as prompt. Job Types Full-time, Permanent 8 hour shift Westmead, NSW 2145 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience Customer service : 1 year (preferred) Australia (required)
