North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) is seeking an experienced Program Officer to support primary care providers to deliver quality care and implement relevant health reforms.

The Program Officer, Quality Improvement will play a pivotal role in supporting general practices and allied health to deliver high‑quality care through the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and relevant health reform projects. This is achieved through capturing innovation and learnings for translation into other programs and activities. This role requires a proactive, planned, and accountable approach to enhance practice performance and patient outcomes.
As the primary liaison between primary care and the PHN (Primary Health Network), the Program Officer will serve as the key relationship manager. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, fostering strong, ongoing partnerships to drive the successful execution of quality improvement activities and support continuous improvement across the sector.
