About This Opportunity

Full Time opportunity based in Campbelltown, NSW. $51 to $53.31phr (SCHADS Level 5B) + Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging benefits!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role supporting young people experiencing mental illness. As the Team Leader for the Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) program, you will lead a passionate and skilled team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred and recovery‑oriented psychosocial support.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with Local Health Districts and community stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery, promote integration, and strengthen partnerships. In addition to supervising staff and overseeing program delivery, you’ll carry a small caseload, providing intensive, strengths‑based support to help young people build independence, resilience, and life skills.

About You

You are a motivated and compassionate leader with strong experience in community mental health, youth services, or psychosocial support.

• Tertiary level qualifications in Mental Health or Community Services, the Social Sciences or related discipline
• Ability to participate in out of hours activities as required to undertake the role
• At least 1 year program management experience
• A contemporary understanding and Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with case management systems
• Rights to work in Australia and a current and valid Driver’s License
• Satisfactory Police Records Check [less than 12 months old] and Working with Children Check, before commencement – or willing to obtain.
• NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Worker Orientation Module Certificate is mandatory prior to commencement : https : / / www.ndiscommission.gov.au / workers / support-for-workers / training-course
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC) is mandatory prior to commencement.
