Responsibilities
- Lead personalised 1 : 1 training session with eager clients, while we continue to build your database
- Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie
- Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals
- You’ll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer
- Journey through our Career Path, working towards the management and even owning your own Studio

About The Role
Don’t get stuck in a cycle of struggling to build your client database while dealing with sky-high rent expenses and competition from other personal trainers. Build a career with Vision PT, where you’re guaranteed $400+ a week, from the day you start, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship for your first 3 months. You will earn above the award wage, plus super, plus commissions.
