Sales Development Representative

Reporting to the Sales and Ops Manager (based in Melbourne), this role focuses on booking high quality outbound meetings for our Account Executive team to hold. You will be interacting with a large variety of businesses across multiple sectors, selling Firmable’s proposition and benefits to them. This role is responsible for generating new pipeline for the business assisting to drive our outbound GTM process. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maximise conversion rates and provide valuable insights to the leadership team on sales trends and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Cold calling prospects to introduce them to the Firmable platform and book them into meet one of the team for a demonstration of the platform
• Outbound lead management including responding promptly to leads and questions they may have
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Firmable’s solutions effectively
• Nurture prospects by providing valuable advice and insights to convert them to opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing on email templates, sequences, and strategies to maximise conversion
• Ensure the HubSpot CRM and related systems are up to date with accurate and relevant information, including records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications
• Provide insights to the leadership team on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Help conduct competitor and customer research for the business as required
• Provide customer insights, product feedback and requests to relevant internal teams / stakeholders
