Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our Sydney boutique team. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional client experience, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving sales performance across high jewellery and watch collections.
Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class luxury experience to every client, ensuring service excellence aligned with Chopard’s heritage and values.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through personalised service, follow-up, and clienteling initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
- Present and convey deep knowledge of Chopard’s collections, craftsmanship, and brand story.
- Support the Boutique Manager and team with events, activations, and special client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with boutique standards including presentation, grooming, operations, and security protocols.
- Act as a role model for junior team members by demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and product expertise.
About You
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or Swiss watchmaking.Proven track record of achieving sales results and cultivating VIP clientele.Strong product knowledge and passion for high jewellery and timepieces.Impeccable presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin or another language is a plus).Proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver bespoke experiences.A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, boutique environment.What We Offer
