Employment Lawyer

We are seeking an Associate-level Employment & Workplace Health & Safety Lawyer to join a busy, expanding team at a nationally recognisable commercial law firm in Brisbane.

This team is handling a high volume of complex employment and workplace safety matters, providing an excellent opportunity for an Associate to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of disputes and advisory work.

In this role, you will :

• Advise clients on terminations, performance management, misconduct investigations, and workplace compliance
• Act in unfair dismissal, general protections, and industrial relations disputes
• Assist with enterprise bargaining, industrial action, and WHS investigations
• Represent clients before the Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission, and QCAT
• Provide practical, strategic advice that helps clients meet their workplace obligations.
