In-house Employment Lawyer | Payroll Remediation Project | Contract role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer. Working closely with our client's internal Industrial Relations, Payroll and People & Culture teams, you will assist with a large payroll remediation project. Work will include :

• managing pay compliance matters and advising on proactive risk mitigation processes;
• advising on enterprise bargaining and industrial instrument matters; and
• advising on changes in workplace relations legislation and relevant modern awards.
