What is the Role?

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer or Associate who enjoys hands-on client work, varied matters and working closely with experienced senior practitioners. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of employment, industrial relations, and work health & safety matters, often engaging directly with senior management, HR teams, and in-house legal teams.

Your matters may include :

• Employment claims, workplace investigations, and employee management
• Contract reviews, compliance, and post-employment restraints
• Award interpretation and underpayment issues
• Strategic IR advice, enterprise bargaining, and union engagement
• Right of entry and dispute management
• WHS incident response, enforcement matters, investigations, and workers’ compensation.

Experience in IR and WHS is highly regarded but not essential.

Clients

The team works with a broad range of organisations across Australia and internationally, including listed companies, multinational corporations and SMEs. You’ll often liaise with senior management, in-house legal teams, and global counterparts, providing exposure to high-level strategic matters while also supporting smaller national businesses.
