The Opportunity
You will play a critical administration role supporting the Testing & Commissioning team by managing documentation, issuing test reports, collecting information from the field and maintaining accurate, compliant document control systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a site‑based project environment.
Occasional travel to site at Badgery’s Creek.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster positive working relationships with site team
- Maintain testing & commissioning document control systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Issue, track and close out test reports, inspection records and commissioning documentation
- Coordinate document workflows between field teams, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Support reporting, dashboards and progress tracking for the T&C team
- Proactively identify process improvements in T&C documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective project delivery
- Experience in a site‑based coordination, document control or project support role
- Experience with document control systems and construction projectsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced site environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office
