YES Service (YESS) is a registered NDIS provider that specialises in Support Coordination. Our mission is simple : to empower people living with disability to live the lives they choose. We work closely with participants who have a wide range of disabilities and psychosocial needs helping them build independence wellbeing and meaningful community connections.

Due to continued growth across Queensland were on the lookout for two Support Coordinators to join our expanding teamservicing the Southern Brisbane / Gold Coast region.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Support Coordinator youll be supporting NDIS participants to get the most out of their plansconnecting them to the right services building their capacity and helping them navigate challenges with confidence. Your days will include :
