This role will provide expert knowledge and leadership regarding safety, quality and clinical governance activities and supports Echuca Regional Health in its pursuit of excellence.Applications from all health-related professions are considered for this role and remunerated in accordance with relevant enterprise agreement, qualifications and experience.Key responsibilities include : Provides support for clinical governance through collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting of data.Produce high level reports that provide data analysis and improvement actions for governance meetings.Support the administration, application and monitoring of organisational quality systems such as Prompt and RiskMan.Provide support, direction and guidance to NSQHS standards leads and participate in preparation for organisational accreditation processes.Actively participates in departmental and organisational meetings as required.Qualifications / experience required : Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and extensive experience in an acute hospital environment.Current Registration with relevant governing body.Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and improvement science concepts.Working for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
