About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage the daily operations of our warehouse teams responsible for online order fulfilment. You’ll oversee key functions including picking, packing, despatch, and system order management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently using the Manhattan Scale WMS .

In this role, you’ll lead the web pack team, monitor performance through KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations for online order processing
  • Lead and support teams across picking, packing, and despatch
  • Ensure productivity targets and despatch lead times are met
  • Monitor team performance and maintain individual and team KPIs
  • Schedule staffing and manage rosters based on operational needs
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve operational issues and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency

    • What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ warehouse experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • WMS experience (Manhattan Scale preferred)
