Design & Build Recruitment is searching for 2-3 talented and motivated Contract Administrators from intermediate to senior levels. These opportunities will see you working with one of Queensland's leading developer builders on their own developments and a number of projects where they are the head D&C contractor.

Design & Build Recruitment is searching for 2-3 talented and motivated Contract Administrators from intermediate to senior levels. These opportunities will see you working with one of Queensland's leading developer builders on their own developments and a number of projects where they are the head D&C contractor.

The successful candidate will work within an established team on Multi residential new build projects worth between $40m to $150M. These projects are all Brisbane based.

Role Overview :

As a Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including :

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
