What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire : Manage day-to-day store operations and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service.

Sales and Performance : Drive sales and meet targets while ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, ordering and inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized.

Customer Engagement : Create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering personalized, expert advice and exceptional service.

Team Development : Recruit, train and build a passionate and knowledgeable team who set the bar for health and beauty service.

Marketing and Events : Collaborate on in-store promotions, events, and community activities to engage and retain customers.

Visual Merchandising : Ensure the store is visually appealing with well-organized, exciting displays and product presentations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Store Manager in Hair, Beauty, Retail or Fashion Industry. Your strong leadership and excellent customer service skills will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results .
